Only once, this time, the Frozen Coffee was more like chunky-ice-coffee - not easy to drink and not quite as good as normal.

Everything tasted great, and the value is very good.

I get Frozen Coffee a few times per week. Today, there is little to no coffee flavor. All places mess up once. But this happened while they also messed up the Coolatta® order - ice in the Coolatta® is as big as half size household ice cubes - when they are normally finely ground similar to a slushy. Today, my money was not well spent- I paid but did not receive products that net my expectations. This is more notable as we all pay more for products. I will consider this closely next time I am thirsty.

I give up on Dunkin, they always forget half your order if not more. They burn their food. And because of that when I report it they don't refund you for the stuff they forgot. I'm done with Dunkin. I will not be ordering from this one on Cedar Rd. ever again. Way too many mistakes and it's EVERY TIME!
