The croissant, with what was supposed to be turkey sausage, was awful! It did not taste like turkey sausage and the croissant was over cooked! The hash browns were also overcooked and extremely salty! I threw the meal away. First time bad experience.

The coffee is bland and does not taste anything like the ones I have had before and it was not sealed at all around the top meaning anyone could drink it out something in my cup and the munchkins are hard and and stuck together

Called the store and explained that you can not add cold foam on the Door Dash app. The store manager said to me that I'm the only one having this problem then. For such a simple request, I got a lot of pushback from the store. I asked if they could put the sip lid in a bag and put on a protective lid for delivery. They instead give the order to the dasher in just a cardboard cup holder open and exposed in no bag or anything. The coffee was supposed to have 5 cream and 5 carmel, and the coffee is dark and bitter. I was very disappointed.

last time i ordered there were a lot of  coffee grounds at the bottom of my coffee. most of the time it comes not packaged.
