This location never has the order ready when the Dasher arrives even if I ordered it 20 to 30 minutes before hand

I was very unsatisfied with the order. The wraps were hard, and the hash browns were cold. The only thing was good was the iced coffee. I never a problem with any other order.

I ordered Half Dozen Donuts. 3 jelly filled, 2 glazed and 1 powdered. I didn't get any jelly filled. I got like 4 different kind of donuts, mostly the ones I don't even like. I was very disappointed to say the least. I understand they do run out of certain ones but at least send me a message or have my dasher contact me and ask what I would like instead of just throwing whatever is left in the box!
