• 1/7/26The sandwich is definitely not how it looks or is described. Hardly anything on it - dry and bland. Maybe a piece and a half of bacon broken into pieces. Hash browns are 4 small flat tater tots. Very disappointed! Even the munchkins were hard and dry.

• 5/22/26This is the first Dunkin order I've received that looked and tasted perfect. The sandwich wasn't smashed and falling apart and the hasHash Browns were actually hot. Best order I have ever received.

• 6/21/25This is the 3rd order in a row that the untoasted bagel that I got was very dark and the everything seasoning that was on top was burnt. It had to have been baked too long because I didn't have it toasted. It was also dry. The employee should have noticed it when they sliced it and put it in the bag. The iced coffee that I order has been good up until today's. Today it was very dark to the point of being bitter. I specified how many creams and sugar that I wanted as always but that wasn't what I received. If I had transportation I would have returned it. Hopefully maybe these mistakes aren't ongoing and maybe because it's a new store and it looks like there was a lapse in training new employees. I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts products but I am disappointed so I may not patronize this store anymore.

Original Blend Iced Coffee hit the spot!I would increase the amont of sugar and creamer, coffee tends to be dark but with a little adjustment is good.
