Hot Chocolate was delicious and came hot the MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats came very fresh to me they're your basic donuts packaging came sealed AWSOME and everything came neatly

I wish I could have something positive to say. Ive always loved Dunkin donuts but this store, the coffee taste like burnt beans and has a bitter after taste: also its nothing like a latte or  taste of chocolate! The Wake-Up Wrap® - Egg and Cheese had a pancake in the photo and that was what I wanted but it  was sent in a flour tortilla which was super small and cold. Then again looking at the menu every sandwich and wrap is a photo of a pancake and egg and cheese so its misleading for many! The bagel bites were just small and cold. For $3.50 id rather get a toasted whole bagel! Just disappointed with this order. DD seems to have gone down hill alot.

My order was complete and hot.  The sandwich was dry (Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese on a croissant).  Those Loaded Hash Browns are BOMB! My coffee Dunkin' Midnight  was perfection and everything was packed with care.  Thank you!

Iced Matcha Latte wasn't filled to the top I paid for a large which is an extra cost and they gave me a medium portion. Coffee Roll wasnt available and they didnt what I wanted to substitute they just did it  with whatever they had and didnt wait for a response.

I thought Dunkin Donuts was supposed to be good these were the worst doughnuts I have ever had. Everything was stale and hard it was very disappointing. Not to mention they were out of almost I ordered and had zero selection to offer.
