sushi ebisuya has always been our favorite place for sushi but had we known how small the pieces have gotten ... we would have ordered from
somewhere else. it was more like appetizers than a meal. make them bigger and raise your prices. people pay for good food and i think yours is still amazing.

Picture looked good so I ordered a Chirashi Bowl & it was a very small portion for that price should have been a larger bowl it was like a kids bowl! Miso was very limited in a large sty container and not filled.

30 pc 30pc Roll Sushi Combo is so good!! I could leave it refrigerated overnight and the rice did not harden. I also ordered extra shrimp Tempura Shrimp and thought they forgot it but then realized it was added to the platter! I love their sushi and will definitely keep ordering.

I have not had sushi at all the Hilo places that sell it, but this is by far the best of what I've had.
