I like that the bagels are always soft and fresh. You can taste the freshness of them. I haven't gotten a hard one yet. Keep up the good work my two son sons adored also they love it.

They always get your items wrong. Have dasher double check because the employees here do not care. Ive gotten incorrect orders 3 times in a row which sucks because the foods not bad I just want what I ordered.

Love you bagels and cream cheese, but the cream cheese amount is minimal and thereforeI need to get an additional container of cream cheese. I also think that I'm ordering a hot Carmel Macchiotto and then I get an iced one.

The Asiago Bagel was delicious! Not so much a fan of the Onion Bagel because there were barely any Onions on it and it was way over toasted. Some of it was actually burnt. Not sure who the app is only showing one sandwich. I had two of the same, just one was on the Asiago and the other on the Onion.
