• 3/19/26Ordered early morning and bagels were stale and hard, lacked flavor. Past experience always been great, but this store this day really let me down. 75.00 wasted.

• 5/31/25I am so disappointed with the food. I used to love Einsteins Bagels. The hashbrown wasn't edible. My husband and I both spit it out. Yuck! The Nova Lox used to be my favorite. What we ordered just didnt taste right. Will never order from here again. The only thing we ordered that tasted good were the sea salt chips. $53 wasted.
