The Pork Sausage & Cheddar Egg Sandwich arrived still slightly warm and pre sliced. I call that a win.

This was my 2nd time ordering here, I tried pickup to avoid the long wait I experienced the previous visit. Order was ready when I arrived, but when I asked for butter, I was told by the shift lead, Aris, that butter is a "special request" that is not readily available for customers to request. At a bagel shop. Either buy a breakfast sandwich or pay for a 'smear, but butter? Nope. At a bagel shop.
