I must admit there are several times we've been disappointed with a dinner order from Pollo Loco. This order of a leg/thigh 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo was simply great. Chicken was perfectly prepared, not dry, and just delicious! the sides were coleslaw, corn and Rice, also fresh and tasty! Next time we're in Benicia / Vallejo area, will definitely order from this Pollo Loco again! Great food at a fair price.

The best garden salad, the NEW Mexican Caesar Salad right spices, just the right serving and neatly prepared. I love it! 🥰 I will surely order this again. 👍

To keep it perfectly real I wanted to try the birria tacos and support this new local business. For the price of the tacos I would expect them to be a little more on the full side. By that I mean more meat and the extras that I paid for like cheese and sour cream. Details were not followed like removal of the rice in my burrito, but the flavors were really good. I hate to knock a place but in order for business to get better one must be honest. The upsides were the taco shells was fried perfectly. The dipping sauce will make you want to pour it on a loved one for a lil fun! Chips were freshly fried, and tortillas were on point! I will revisit it hoping that this review changes things a little. It's not hard to make a good taco or burrito, it's the being skimpy that is not acceptable. This message is sent with peace, love and realness.

The chicken was dry like it was old, the avocado had back spots very little beans and rice and it was supposed to be to be a double chicken salad but it wasn't. The worse salad I've gotten from El pollo loco. I order quite often

The double chicken bowl was so good. There was more than enough food. The tortillas, both corn and flour, were also very yummy and a great way to compliment the double chicken bowl. I thought the double chicken bowl had lettuce in it so I was a little disappointed there wasn't any but upon checking the item description it does not include lettuce so that was my oversight. The only thing that wasn't superb were the chips. The chips were very average. Overall though, I will definitely be ordering from here again.
