8 piece chicken dinner was a good everything came in order. Good for probably 2 adults

The 16 piece chicken tasted freshly grilled
The sauce was sufficient enough , generous
Unlike other resto sauce was always stingy
You have to ask for spicy fish sauce and it's in a tiny tiny plastic container, it's 1 tiny container for every dish ordered and sometimes I go home and when I opened the bag it's short of sauce. I called El Pollo Loco to not forget the sauce

Forgot my salsa, called the store and they were kind enough to add it to my order. They are awesome! Fresh food, great quality, I am definitely ordering again.

My food from El Pollo Loco was mostly bad tonight. The chips were fairly soggy and the dish was overly "wet". The flavors were decent at best. It wasn't particularly fresh. The portion size was fine. I was too grossed out by it to finish it.

Chicken was extremely dry. Tasted like it was old chicken from the day before. Rice was hard and crunchy. We ended up throwing away the food.
