I haven't had pollo loco in years. Had some yesterday. It was great. Would order again but i paid an extra $5 for travel plus the tip. Never again. Close to $10 over regular price. Nope

I always get a Original Pollo Bowl twice a month. It can be hit or miss. I wish they didn't discontinue the avocado slices. The tortilla chips were a little stale and I didn't get my salsa dips. The NEW Caramel Flan was very small but good. For $5 dollars it should've been large enough for two people.

The 8 piece mixed had several overcooked pieces. The chicken breast was extremely dry and overcooked. There was a wing so overcooked it was not edible. It was like chicken jerky. Not worth the $37.

The food was good, but very skimpy on the chicken. It looks like a section of each item, but it actually only has 3-4 small diced/ cut pieces of chicken sprinkled on top of a bowl full of rice and some beans. Got full from so much rice.

while I really appreciate the tamper proof packaging, the chicken in the Original Pollo Bowl was so dry
