The pollo bowl had no flavor and the drink nor food was taped shut. This is the first place for me that doesn't tape their orders. I almost didn't feel safe eating it.

I ordered a burrito with no chicken for a vegetarian and when she took a bite of her burrito it was full of chicken. The bowl was okay, the avocado portion was very small.

Unfortunately with this place is hit or miss. They either send you the order complete or mess it up by forgetting important sides like tortillas or other sides that make an actual meal. I wish they would correct this because it's happened more times rather than not. I know everyone is going through something and many employees are overworked at places like this but it ruins your plans when an order is incomplete and you still have to pay full price for it.

Paid for 16 pieces of mixed chicken, they sent legs and tights only, paid for avocado slices, they didn't put it, birria to salty, forgot to send the right dressing. They really don't read any costumized orders you make and send whatever. Bad service for the price

We were missing part of out order. The saladas had burnt chicken. We paid for breast and we got thigh meat.
