its usually good from polloloco...what i don't like is thatthey dont letyou addanxtracreamy cilantro dressing Anda lot of times the food is dry. i dont care if pay extra. Ij7st do not like the food being dry.liketoday. super dry but pollo loco does not offer that option

My chicken taquitos were so burnt and barely had any chicken inside. Definitely was a disappointment.

I placed my order at 9pm but still expected good fresh food. Chicken was burnt and rice was hard. Then no extra avocado salsa. SMH! Disappointed.
