• 1/19/26Will not be ordering from pollo loco anymore, beside the bland tasting food and inconsistent item every time, you cannot have something not put in your chicken bowl. Had a meeting and wanted to order some chicken bowis WITHOUT beans, but there is no place to put to omit it. Ordered from another Mexican restaurant, not pollo loco, and our meeting was great, especially the food.

• 9/28/25This was the worst tostada salad I had ever had. No salsa on salad and no salsa for the chips, no green salsa given either. Also no shredded cheese on the salad. The chicken is mostly shredded. not cubed like in photo. Pollo Loco has lost me as a customer now.

• 11/28/24Food was delicious today. The chicken was moist and the salad was done perfectly.

• 7/25/26Hardly any rice, definitely not double chicken. I've had this salad many times & this is unfortunately not the standard.
