Been eating at El Pollo for years - even eaten and enjoyed this same food. But this order was easily the worst meal we've ever had from El Pollo. Thumbs down on the mango habanero chicken. Regular chicken was tasteless. Badly discolored and even stringy avocado on both meals. The chips were old and tough. I ended up eating mostly the pinto beans and the other person said their taco salad shell was good, (but skimpy on the rice and beans with overload on the lettuce). Most of the meals got tossed. Wasted our money on this order. Really sad that this Door Dash order came from the restaurant location that's been our regular for years.

These people definitely did not let my expectations down. Great food great quality great portion and most importantly great prices. Definitely would order again

Ordered a family meal that comes with 2 sides- ordered Mac n cheese for one side and the cup:portion wasn't even halfway filled!
Also ordered a side salad with cilantro dressing that arrived with no dressing at all.
Ordered 3 avocado salsas-received 2!

it was ok..but it doesn't compare to the Chicken Tostado bowl..I'll be ordering the Tostado Bowl next time
