The BEST Mexican food I've had in Spokane. Definitely going to be eating here again while on my work trip! The portions are so worth the price and they actually give you a good amount of sides + salsas

Everyone told me this is the best Mexican food place in Spokane/Valley. Ordered the (2) Quesa Birria...they were falling apart and soggy but had literally zero cheese, a tiny amount of birria beef that was really dried out and they put chunks of mango in it which was ok I guess but certainly not in the description. I was bummed because I was so excited to try it!

We've had El Sazon once before for breakfast burritos and thought it was ok, but decided to try it again since a lot have raved about the Birria. The Quesadilla Grande Birria was HUGE and very good, but it got soggy quick. Easily shareable though. The Ramen Birria was good but the Birria had a lot of fat chucks. I had to pick a lot of it out. Good amount of meat though. The Birria flavor was good, but not WOW in any way. It was ok. Ordered a side of the Consome Birria so I could dip the quesadilla and it was a whole bowl of broth! Good amount of consume for the price. Would be nice if they had 1/2 size option since I didn't need or use all of it.

I think it just has to do with the sauce itself but they all came still warm and crunchy, but the sauce itself is leaking out, specifically the chocolate one, but that has an affected the flavor any

You can't go wrong and it's still pretty cold
Side Rice and Beans I think the beans just slid during packaging? I feel like there could have been a little bit more with this side for the price, that's my own opinion at least for the being option, the rice was pretty nicely packaged
Side of Guacamole
very interesting way of packing guacamole? But it tastes pretty nice, overall probably a seven out of 10 for including taste, I was also missing the tortillas with my chicken, packaging was pretty nicely done and it stayed warm all the way here, also my DoorDash lady was a very sweet woman

As always super generous portions, absolutely amazing flavor and it was packaged so nicely to get to me hot and intact, despite the (1) Quesa Birria having consome and the saucy Chile Verde Burrito as potential leaks/spills.
