Damn near best brisket I've had and I've had a lot of brisket. As good as or better than SlowBone in Dallas or Hutchins or any of the other award winning brisket in the area. Amazing stuff.

Never disappoints! This time was over the top! Brisket was hot, fresh, smokey, melt in your mouth juicy! The dont cheat you on the meat either. had my tacos overflowing with brisket! this is my go-to BBQ place!

El Tejas Twist consistently shocks me with the quality of cuisine that comes out of their kitchen, especially considering its somewhat hidden location.
First of all, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO ORDER ON DOORDASH, GO IN PERSON TO ORDER AND DINE IN as many of these items are crispy (birria tacos) and do not transport well in foam containers given how amazingly moist the birria is, along with cheese and consume so delicious you can drink it... A medium high Comal or lightly oiled Skillet carefully watched and flipped will give you the crispy exterior you'll get in-resturaunt. With that said...
Birria Taco-Beef : 9.5/10!
By far the best Quesabirria I've ever had, in restaurant it's crisp on the outside but regardless the flavors are to die for and it's filling as heck!

My Goodness!!! Food was flavored like its suppose to be!!! I have been looking high and low out here and I believe I found the spot!!! Brisket flavorful,beans so dang good flavorful,chicken taco birria good and consome flavorful,rice had flavor and lastly the cabbage was just ok needs more flavor... Turkey was sold out but definitely trying again!!!

The tamales are PERFECTION!! The birria ramen is one the greatest creations!! Love this place. I would eat at this place everyday if I could afford to!!
