The chicken enchiladas are my favorite! It comes with 2 enchiladas, rice,beans and salsa salad mix. Very delicious!

First time ordering. My ala carte order of homemade salsa and chips were amazing... I couldn't stop eating them and had to save my shredded chicken enchilada plate for the next day for lunch, which was a treat.

May 05,2026 I am one of Elena's #1 top DoorDash customer. I want to give major shouts out the chef and the entire prep cooking team in the kitchen. Whoever put my Shredded Chicken Enchiladas to go doordash plate together stuffed so much tender juicy shredded Chicken OMG❤️! EVERYTHING WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION 😋👍🏼! The food tasted amazing and it was fresh😘! The presentation of my plate was clean and organized to perfection. Maybe they showed me some VIP extra love. I always highly recommend Elena's. Only thing is my Chips were only 1/2 full but they were freshly cooked and super yummy 😋 ❤️✨️!

I unfortunately didn't get to take any pics, because I SMASHED those delicious Gracie's Crispy Tacos!!! I was craving tacos and these far exceeded any expectations I had!!! Seasoned well, not skimpy on the toppings and they actually add limes, for those like me who like to squeeze lime on everything! The chips n salsa were the icing on the cake! Perfectly salted and crisp with a salsa that rivals Chevys!

The Shredded Chicken enchiladas are simply outstanding. I could write a long detailed review, but instead of doing that just order them and you will not be disappointed. The chicken enchiladas have a different sauce than the beef enchiladas and they're less spicy. I recommend getting the side order of flour tortillas because they're nice and chewy. There's enough food to split the your order into dinner and lunch for the next day. Make sure to put a few drops of water into the rice and beans because they'll microwave better if you do. I promise you this, if you order the shredded chicken enchiladas from Elana's Mexican Food you will order from there again. Try to order by 6:00 PM because they do run out if you wait to long.
