Boneless K-pop chicken with sidewinder fries; my food arrived still piping hot kudos to the restaurant and the driver. Love the K-pop sauce and the sidewinders were nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside; perfect

11 mini pretzel bites for 12.50 is wild. The wings were soggy, too. Not worth the total I paid. Would not order again unfortunately.

Fast and ready on time. The Encore Smash Burger tasted like a homemade burger - fresh, juicy, and tasty. The tots were also nice - with lots of dipping sauce choices. Will definitely go again!

Ordered and paid for 2 cokes. None delivered. Burger and chicken were bland. Sauces were pretty good, although uninspired.

Very basic. Not worth $20 for a burger that is outdone by any fast food place.
