Fries were completely in-edible. Could understand if they were soggy or cold (since i got it delivered), but they were clearly refried MULTIPLE times and were harder than a rock. Chicken was also refried multiple times, probably the driest piece of chicken I've ever tried. The only flavor in the chicken sandwich was coming from the sauce, which was way too sweet to be on a sandwich with no other flavor profile... needless to say, i ended up getting food elsewhere because I couldnt even finish it. sad to leave this review because I was genuinely excited to try after seeing some of the other reviews.

The Otto Cheeseburger came with 2 small over cooked flavorless patties. I honestly thought a butcher shop would have better tasting meat. Really disappointing if your in the mood for a good burger
