• 1/1/26Every weekend I order these donuts for my family and I, and EVERY single time they're amazing! Always super fresh, soft, great flavor, and quick on delivery! We don't order from any other donut shop! Fails Donut Factory is our only go to and will continue to be as long as they keep making donuts like this! 1,000% recommend this spot!

• 6/20/22Donuts are delicious but the ham and cheese croissant wasn't very good. It was a bit overdone and had a single slice of ham and some cheese rolled into the center, so most of it was just eating a regular croissant.

• 4/9/24I ordered all of the character donuts but unfortunately they didn't have all the ones I selected, and went out of their way to try to contact me and gave amazing substitutes for the ones that were not available that day. Amazing service and donuts!
