I've found my go to restaurant for whenever I come to Madison. I've gotten Famous Dave's two nights in a row and have been very satisfied (and full!) both times. The meats are superb, grilled cheese with beef brisket - yum! I'll be back in a couple weeks, and I know where I'll be ordering from.

What a sad experience. The wings were chewy, dry, and bland, and came with brown celery. The burger was Kwik Trip quality, overcooked, and totally underwhelming. The salad was small, but okay. Can confirm, will be a hard pass on going back.

very generous portions, two of us ate off this pick 2. chicken was moist and rib tips just right. we enjoyed the pickles and veggies.

I always get the 3 meat combo. The BBQ was great. I like ribtips, spareribs and brisket. The brisket was not dry but it wasn't that flavorful either. I have had much better brisket. They also don't give you any sauce. They also won't accept substitutions, so you can't even ask. The Wilbur beans are my favorite and the fries are awesome.
