My drink Mango Breeze was delicious! The Strawberry Princess dessert I got was also delicious but it wasn't packaged very well. \: When I got my order, the strawberry and cream had leaked out of the packaging and was all over it and the bottom of my bag. Other than that though, it was great, relatively quick (for it being doordash), and SUPER yummy! :)

I am very disappointed with my recent order. I ordered 24 drinks and specifically requested 100% sugar and no ice. However, 6 of the drinks were completely tasteless and tasted like plain tea mixed with water. There was no sweetness at all despite my instructions.
I also paid higher fees through DoorDash, so receiving multiple incorrect drinks is very frustrating. Since 6 out of 24 drinks were affected, I would appreciate a refund, credit, or another appropriate resolution.

I ordered an Ube Matcha Latte and an Ube Fresh Milk, but there is NO matcha in it. They're both just Ube Fresh Milk. I paid more for the Ube Matcha, and I'm really disappointed because that was the specific drink I actually wanted to have.

I got 2 of the same drink & they both taste completely different. Also, I ordered ahead on the app but when I got there they hadn't even gotten started on my order. It took 35 minutes from the moment I ordered til I got my items. I was the only costumer. Staff was just hanging around in the back & still have my attitude for their lack of urgency.
