My experience was really disappointing. Both of my pretzel cups were only about half full. One order of Pretzel Bites was hard and stale, while the other order was undercooked and still partially raw. They also made the wrong drink instead of the one I ordered. I was disappointed with the quality of the food and the service, and I would not order from here again.

Don't bother paying the extra $1 and ordering cream with your drink, they never add it. I've probably gotten close to 30 drinks refunded, or partial because they forget. I just add it at home now.

I have loved Fizz since I found it in Salt Lake. They have the best mixes in my opinion. Very decently priced as well.

I am not sure if there was a mix up or a problem but the Coconilla was terrible. I can't even describe it, but I couldn't taste coconut or vanilla. It tasted like a mixture of chemicals and was so bad it wasn't drinkable. I even had my husband and son try it to make sure it wasn't just me.
