The food was great and appreciated the gravy packaged separately so we could reheat before eating! Huge portions too!

The Traditional Shepherd's Pie was super disappointing for the price. Half of the veggies in the pie were barely even cooked and the other half were mush, its like I got two spoonfuls from different batches and I wish they were both from the mushy one. Waffle fry portion was a little small.

I dont know what is in the Spinach & Artichoke Dip but its awful. Our wings had zero flavour desp ordering salt and pepper. Chicken Traditional Tenders were sooo small. Whats happened Fionn's ?? Your food has really gone downhill.

The mushroom soup tasted nothing like mushrooms at all. It was just a peppery broth of some kind. Perhaps adding some actual mushroom pieces to it might have helped. However, the Guinness Steak & Mushroom Stew was delicious. I've had it several times before and would order it again along with the rich, tasty extra gravy. The Smoked Meat Grilled Cheese sandwich was also very good!

Was missing all sauces & toppings for the Crowd Pleaser Platter and sent grilled Naan instead of fried.
Spinach dip was very greasy so we didn't eat much. Wings were fine.
Called the restaurant directly to let them know of the missing items and was offered two $20 gift certificates but the fine print says only one can be used per table order so I have to go 2 more times in order to use them. I should have spoken to DD support instead as I don't think I'll go back to eat here, at least not for a while. I'm grateful that they offered those at least.
Overall, disappointing.
