My steak and cheese was not finely sliced or evenly sliced. I was getting chunk after chunk. It wasn't as flavorful.
They actually remember the pickle this time but I wish they hadn't. It was disgusting and did not taste like any pickle I have ever tasted.

This sun arrived quick and tasted GREAT! The bread was not soggy at all. They gave me plenty of condiments, meat, and cheese. My sub was gone so fast!!

Rather speechless over the Hook & Ladder® today. Not at all up to the quality of previous ones. Sparce fillings, bun with no filling at all, what there were of fillings shot out the side of bun. The sweetness of it normally there was zip. If this were the usual, I'd sure not order again! The Firehouse Chili was a first for me. If looking for lumps of meat or bean, it was pretty homogenous. The Dessert Bundle 6 was good!

It was a good deal but it was honestly pretty disgusting. I've never had an Italian sub like that before. The meatball sub was ok.

The Hook & Ladder® sub was exactly what I wanted today. It had everything that comes with a fully loaded - fresh & tasty! Some chips & a diet coke went well with that, and the oatmeal Cookie finished it nicely. I' not ordered from them in I reckon a couple of years, but I think I'll be back again! I sooo enjoy good surprises.
