• 10/15/26I ordered the footlong Hook & Ladder.® and they were out of all bread in the footlong. I called the store and the manager told the poor guy working there that they could not let me get 2 six inch subs or make any accommodation at all and then left before even talking to me. I paid full price for footlong and got a 6 inch sub. my washer was great but the management at this store is horrible.

• 9/12/23I said this after I ordered last time but these subs are pricey (more so on doordash) and the in-store price and quality is better so I think I'll stick to in store purchases. Taste good but sloppy and separated after being handled making the sub difficult to eat and light on toppings.

• 6/2/26The Hook and Ladder tonight was outstanding and the best yet. It was made absolutely perfect and the bread was super soft. Amazing and the price was marvelous as well.

• 1/10/24Potato soup was only broth, almost no potato , cheese, bacon. Sandwich was tough and as usual Firehouse included zero napkins.
