Possibly one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Great flavor, tender chicken, and well-constructed sandwich full of flavor. Bread was also fresh. Can't wait to eat another one!

The bread on my Hook & Ladder.®sandwich was super soggy I could only eat the top bun. The loaded potato soup was horrible and nothing about it was loaded. It was extremely greasy and barely had any potatoes in it. I've never had soup this bad.

The bread was fresh. It wasn't soggy thank goodness plenty of meat plenty of toppings 10 out of 10.

A new favorite restaurant for me, definitely ordering again. Good value for size, great taste, they dont skip out on toppings. The Hook & Ladder.® is my overall favorite here.
