• 1 day agoPossibly one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Great flavor, tender chicken, and well-constructed sandwich full of flavor. Bread was also fresh. Can't wait to eat another one!

• 2/16/26The bread on my Hook & Ladder.®sandwich was super soggy I could only eat the top bun. The loaded potato soup was horrible and nothing about it was loaded. It was extremely greasy and barely had any potatoes in it. I've never had soup this bad.
