• 12/8/24The Italian™ sandwich is great but the Mac and Mac & Cheese looks a little stingy. Other than that the food is good just wish I got the proper amount of Mac & cheese.

• 5/10/25the potato soup was thick with a bunch of potatoes chunks my sandwich was soggy all under the bottom I don't know what happened tonight cuz I like fire sub but it was a totally Miss when you spend that much money you would think they make your sandwich will care

• 3/26/26I usually frequent another sandwich shop but Firehouse, this my new JAM!!! They put dressing and sauces on the sandwich in ur mind don't make sense but when u take the first bite Oh goodness! It is that. Don't change a thing just keep adding to the menu.

• 1/9/24Italian subs were really good. Mac and cheese was awesome! But the baked potato soup was really bad. It was not creamy, it was like water with no flavor. And please if someone orders soup, send a spoon in the bag!
