I don’t know when Firehouse decided to drop their meat quality and portions this much, but it’s seriously disappointing. It feels like another chain that got bought out and is now cutting quality while raising prices.
I ordered a beef and cheddar and it literally had one slice of roast beef on it—and it was mostly chewy fat. That’s not even close to what this place used to be.
Firehouse used to be one of my go-to spots, but this was a huge letdown.

Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ was delicious and fresh. I love that they have 3 sizes to choose from especially when im have a small appetite. I will order from there again. My friend loved the Club on a Sub™ as well. They both looked so good we forgot to take a picture.

New York New York Steamer® The meat was overly fatty/chewy. And half of the sandwich barely had any meat at all, it was just a lot of mayonnaise. I've never gotten this sandwich and definitely won't get it again. I couldn't finish it because it was hard to chew, which is very unappealing. The bread was fresh and soft, but the only thing decent about the sandwich. I'll stick with turkey, bacon, ranch.

Italian™ sub was absolutely delicious. I added bacon and it was on point they even made sure to have my side of pickle like I asked!

Firehouse subs are delicious, always fresh and the bread is perfect. On one of our sandwiches, it was missing tomato and it was loaded up with mayonnaise. We like mayo, but it was a bit too much. We will always order from Fire House.
