I love their Tuna Salad Subs.. and while all their subs are delicious, the Tuna is my favorite. It's creamy, tasty, and they make it just the way I like it! Also, it includes the cheese, and not every place does that!
In Store, I can order any sub cold, but your online menu does not allow for that option that I can find. I wish you would change that, so I can order my other favorites cold too.

I feel like subway's version when they had one tasted better. something felt missing, maybe the small amount of cranberry sauce they used. was a good sandwich though none the less. Happy I took a chance to try Firehouse's version. probably wouldn't order this one again though. but it was fresh and the portion was great. happy the turkey wasn't dry ❤️. I do totally recommend trying it yourself. It was a great sandwich and if you love Thanksgiving you will like this all the same.

Hardly any sauce or cheese on the meatball sub. AND I ordered it with extra cheese.
I'll stick with subway, also the drinks were literally half filled.

The Firehouse Meatball® sub tasted okay. About the quality of any fast food place nowadays. Honestly I think I could have bought some bread, meatballs, and ragu from Walmart and made something that tasted about the same. What was annoying was while one sandwich looked fine, the second looked like the bread had been flattened and meatballs were jus haphazardly shoved on top. You couldn't really pick it up and eat it. It had to be thrown on a plate and eaten with a fork. So I guess there's 50/50 chance of getting something that actually resembles a sandwich or something that looks like a smashed flatbread pizza. The medium was a decent size and filling enough though.
I guess I'd just call it a lackluster experience because I used to love Firehouse and their sandwiches but it seems like they're fine with letting the food and service quality go down the drain like every other fast food place.
