• 3/12/25The soup is absolutely excellent. The sandwich taste great! The only issue with the sandwich is the bottom bread is soaking wet and u can't eat it. I always have to take the bottom bread off.

• 7/27/26Didn't even bother to put cheese on the sandwich...or give me the other half of the combo I ordered (no onion add pickle add olive). Failure of a sandwich place.

• 2/9/25Our brownies were missing from the order. I called the store and the manager told me I could come and pick them up because he had no one to deliver them. He also said that he couldn't issue a refund because it was an online order. The bag had a sticker on it that said the order was checked for correctness, but clearly it wasn't. I am disappointed in Firehouse Subs and I order from there frequently.
