The Hook &Ladder salad was amazing! More meat and cheese than lettuce. I had to save 1/2 for tomorrow. My husband's Firehouse Hero was the best sandwich ever!! Firehouse foods are high quality and very fresh!

OMG the Hook and Ladder Salad is the best! Everthing on the salad was perfect and the flavors complimented each other! My husband once again loved his sandwhich. There is plenty to have for his lunch tomorrow. Thank You!

I've ordered the tuna sub twice, and it looks nothing like the picture. The tuna was a small strip, the width of a cigar with the cheese slice wrapped around it. I had to unfold the cheese to see it. The tuna was good, just way less than the photo indicates.

Took 1 hr to make 3 sandwiches. One had barely enough meat and vegetables that it was completely flat.basically paid over $13 for bread.

The worst firehouse I have ever had! Bread wet soggy on the inside, cold chewy on the outside. The amount of meat for a 6 inch and must have realized t was 12 and too lazy to heat more! Just pitiful for $20 with no side or drink
