The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket was so disappointing. Almost no meat and the meat that was there, was extremely dry and grisly. Way overpriced, quality here has really gone down the drain recently. No longer worth it in the slightest.

New York Steamer® was 3/5 hardly no sauce or cheese just meat. Club on a Sub™as you can see in the picture it has 1 strip of bacon on it which youd think for a $15+ sandwich I could maybe get TWO pieces. The pickle I got with the steamer was good while the pickle with the club was soggy. Very odd experience here.

Sandwich was well packed, tasted fresh, and was delicious. I wish the subs were bigger but it's a healthy portion for sure.

the ingredients were good quality, but the portion sizes were small for the price. Firehouse Steak & Cheese® could have used more seasonings.
Bread was good. Garlic Bread was good, but a bit salty.
