Disappointed that my order was incomplete. Tried calling the store and the phone rang busy for an hour!
The 3-4 inch pastrami sandwich had one slice of meat on it.
Probably won't order from here again. You only have one chance to make a good impression.

Firehouse Chili was actually cold. The oil/grease was congealed on the top. Felt as though it was literally taken out of the refrigerator and bagged.
The Spicy Cajun Chicken as always was amazing according to Mi Hermosa Diosa.
The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was good but, way to liquidy; bread was damp and juices just dripping everywhere. It did not come with the $6.50 worth of "extra" meat that was paid for...
All n all good food. Just not well prepared tonight.

tasted good but liteally had like no meat in it. would think for a $16 sub i'd get a decent bit of brisket and make me feel full after eating it

The sandwich had way too much mayonnaise and mustard. So much so, I could not taste the meat or the veggies on the sandwich. It was a sloppy mess -,everything just slid off of the bread. No wonder it was buy one get one free.

Unfortunately the order was wrong, but we were ableto work around that. The meat on the New York Steamer® is just so fatty anymore - used to be so much better quality so not sure what's up there but wanted to noted it, since it is an expensive sub. Overall just meh.
