Meatball Sub is a nice, hot substantial sandwich -- definitely would order again. Their brownie recipe is definitely school cafeteria style and that's a compliment

We were disappointed for a $13 med sized sandwich, there really wasn't any meat on it. The bread is amazing, but it's mostly all we tasted.

Sandwich was just ok. Far far too much mayo. Bread was just about stale.
2 sodas ordered; 1 received. This is the 2nd time in a row that my order from Firehouse has been incomplete. Not sure I will order from Firehouse again.

The gluten free bread is better than any other chain. The packaging is always clearly labeled too.

Tried the new Fries and they were amazing. They were still crispy and crunchy by time we got them. Definitely recommend
