The sandwich was really good, bread was soft and fresh soup was good and hot too. DoorDash driver was very nice, and communication was great.

Spicy Cajun Chicken is my favorite so far yet. love how well portioned and especially how fresh the chicken is. gonna order again.

I ordered the Hook & Ladder® without lettuce and the Firehouse Meatball®. Food was delicious, bread was soft. Firehouse did not seal the bag like they usually do, which is why I only gave them four stars.

The Hook & Ladder sub with a side of potato soup (add cheese, onion, & bacon for a loaded version) is always delicious and will warm you up on those cold, rainy days. I love that they donate funds to our local fire department. It's a win all around!

By far the best fast food sub place around. I love their grilled onions and peppers. The Veggie and Cold Italian are my 2 favorites.
