• 11/30/25Amazing. Made so incredibly well. A pickle was forgotten, however, it doesn't even matter with how GOOD these sammiches taste!! And a deal today too, bogo, can't wait to order again!!

• 6/18/25The sandwiches were super soggy. Ended up throwing half of the Hook & Ladder® away. I am disappointed for over $20 a sandwich. Furthermore, we did not receive the soda & Chips with the meal.
Not a great experience for this.
I would not order this again.

• 8/30/26The salad was missing the ham and the lettuce was in big chunks. Not like it was when the store first opened. Not very happy with the presentation
