• 1/20/22My sub was a mess: Too much sauce which soaked through the too small bread as it was being delivered . The toppings and meats fell through the bottom as I tried to pick it up. By the time I finished cleaning up the mess in the container and on my hands, the sub was a pile cold pile of pinkish/ brown ingredients. I ate the meatballs and threw away the rest.

• 10/23/25Firehouse didn't send what was ordered. I ordered 2 BOWLS of potato soup loaded and received 2 CUPS. when I called they were rude on the phone stating it was the door dashers fault. I tried to explain that the door dasher didn't make or pack up the food ordered they did. they were still very rude and no help They also refused to correct THEIR mistakes
