I got the Hook & Ladder.® that sub was so good and still warm, as always, love Firehouse!!! There was no option to add salt and pepper to the sub I called, and they noted it and got it done. Great customer service.

Disgusting, gave me old dry bread and only one meat and very little of it, hardly no cheese. Nasty

Got the Philly cheese sandwich and the meat was disgusting. Got a similar sub from Publix of all places and it was cheaper and wayyyyyy better.
