Best smoked turkey breast sub available! I always order this and it is always excellent! (Love the slight taste of the spicy mustard...surprising, but it works!)

The Italian sub was good. I'm not sure if something was wrong with the toaster but my bread certainly wasn't toasted. I tried the garlic bread for the first time and that was not toasted and only half of it actually had garlic seasoning on it.
The taste for the Italian sub was still there but they put very little toppings on it ie I got maybe two onion slices one on each half. It seems like they don't care when it's DoorDash.

Firehouse makes the best subs in town, in my opinion. But I just wish they could figure out a way to fix their soggy bread issue. Every single time I have ordered a sub for delivery, the edge of the bread is SOAKING wet when it gets to me, and some times the whole bottom of the bread is so wet, it's completely inedible. I have never had this issue with any subs delivered from other restaurants, so I really don't think it's an issue with the sandwich sitting awhile while it's delivered. It could be due to how juicy their ham is (I usually get Hook & Ladder) but even so, surely there's a way they could try and prevent the bread from being ruined? I'm still going to order them, obviously, because they really are a delicious sandwich, but it would be so much better if I didn't have to pull half the bread off of it, or almost eat it like a salad every time.

Second time ordering the Fries. really wanted to like them but, they haven't included the hero sauce they advertised.
portion was small, and today they weren't really fresh.

My sub arrived with 2 of the 5 toppings I added to it and was obviously just thrown together. What a waste of money. Literally paid $20+ for a sub consisting of cheese, jalapenos and banana peppers. Lesson learned.
