My Fli's Catering's salad selection from a previous order was so good, I had to try another menu item I was eyeing. With dietary restrictions for high blood pressure, I had specific requests in how my food should be prepared. I was contacted by the owner to make sure she understood my request. I felt heard. She went above and beyond! I never  get to eat this, so the 5. Zamya's Kickin Shrimp & Grits did not disappoint!!! All I can say is MY MOUTH IS HAPPY! I need a big spoon to really get down. I got a good portion of sizeable shrimp seasoned to perfection. The scrambled eggs are as good as my own. The peppers are scrumptious  and naturally sweet. The Collard Greens are like what your grandma makes. My toast was according to order so I made egg sandwiches. She put her foot in this meal! I'm full & satisfied! Try her cuisine. You won't be sorry. I look forward to my next meal (light or substantial) from Fli's Catering! Thank you for hearing me!

This 4. Veggies Salad  was actually a decent late night meal. The ingredients looked true to form: fresh, plentiful, and a variety. I can't remember the last time I was this excited to dive into a salad. The vinegarette was tangy & kicked the salad up a notch. I savored every bite!!! I could have even eaten the ingredients one at a time as a crudité plate. The selection, amount, & freshness of the veggies & boiled eggs was THAT good! (My mouth is still watering, by the way.) The Banana Pudding was okay. I have made it once, so I'd prefer the baked from scratch version. I let it slide since there were a good bit of bananas and cookies in it to compensate. I  will try this venue again as I was pleasantly surprised.

I was craving okra, so I ordered the Fried Okra, Mac and Cheese, and Collard Greens (they were outof Homemade Dressing/Stuffing).  The okra and collards are so delicious and fresh.  They gave me so much, that I had to save the Mac n cheese for later.  I only wish I could have ordered salmon patties with sides instead of with breakfast.

first time earing her food and she cooked it fresh for me , i also was able to contact her an personalize my order a little...everything was good. I got shrimp as a side she let me substitute since that option not on the menu. shrimp was delicious grits was good eggs was good salmon Patties all good. that punch hittin to.....this might be the best I had around here..looking foward to trying more from her. 10/10
