• 5/13/22The flowers delivered were not the flowers in the description. I understand sometimes substitutions have to be made, but I ordered the Cotton Candy arrangement - which is supposed to be made of mostly roses and not a single rose was in my bouquet. The arrangement was not made of pastel pinks and creams, as pictured and described. Instead it was filled with hot pink Gerber daisies & lilies - neither of which are listed in the description of roses, chrysanthemums, limonium, and pittosporum. The ONLY flower from the description that was included in this bouquet was a carnation - but not even the mini carnations as listed in the description. What was received looked so cheap! This was a gift and I was truly embarrassed that was what was delivered with my name on it. Do not use the florist! You will believe you are purchasing a beautiful arrangement & in return, you will receive a cheap arrangement that does not at all match the description. I was incredibly disappointed.
