Sopa de Res / Beef Soup was excellent. this is my new go to place for homemade Sopa de Res / Beef Soup. Brings side of rice, cilantro/lime wedge, handmade FRESH tortillas, beef was fall off the bone tender. Not tough at all. Most tender flavorful soup ive had out here. 100000/10
