The onion rings are great
The fries are great
But for some reason, the patty was black and extremely burnt taste crusty side of the meat . But we love Freddie's. We will always come back, everybody has a bad day sometimes and Sunday whoever the cook was very well could have been overwhelmed. No worries

• 12/25/22i really love the food here but all of a sudden they just stopped giving me loaded chili cheese fries & either gave me a regular fry or nothing.
it was like throwing 6$+ down the drain each time & i was only offered a voucher coupon.
this was NOT my dasher's fault in any instance.
it was clearly printed on my ticket so there is some miscommunication through the system or your employees.
still love your food & your burgers are top notch xo

• 9/17/22Your food is awesome, but I paid $5.10 for a bottle of fry sauce and didn't receive it... upon reporting through DoorDash, I received a credit of $1.48... seems pretty ridiculous to not receive an item ordered and then to receive 1/4 of the amount that I paid for it...

• 8/23/25The burger and fries taste good and were still warm when we got them, but the shakes that we ordered didn't arrive. Even when ordering directly from the Freddy's app instead of through DoorDash, they always forget the ice cream. Thankfully, DoorDash is willing to give a refund whereas when ordering through the Freddy's app they won't. I'm not sure if we'll order ice cream from here again.
