Ice Cream Sandwiches
Frozen Penguin Ice Cream is a local shop that specializes in ice cream sandwiches. We bake from scratch using family recipes. We smash premium ice cream between those fresh baked cookies and roll them in delicious toppings. They are AMAZING!
