I've been ordering from Ginger & Garlic for awhile and besides the great food, two important factors continue to make this restaurant my go-to for delivery. The first is the consistency - in everything. The food is consistently the same, I am never surprised at the quality I receive. Other restaurants vary in taste and quantily received depending on the kitchen staff at the time, this is not the case for Ginger & Garlic. They are also very consistent in their timing. I haven't had cancelled or delayed orders, this is something very important for me. The second factor is the fact that in every order I receive chopsticks and napkins! This may sound silly but many times I order to locations that do not have utensils and napkins readily available. I appreciate that I don't have to request these things in my order, it arrives with every order. Mahalo Ginger & Garlic for your outstanding customer service and wonderful dim sum!!

In my opinion, not good Chinese food at all. Shocked after reading all the other reviews. The flavor on the shrimp was not like the dish advertised at all - the pork was slightly better but still off on flavor and sitting in an oil bath. I rarely waste food and it was $50 for two teeny containers of Fried Shrimp with Walnut 合桃蝦 and Sweet & Sour Pork 咕嚕肉 but had two bites of each and threw it in the trash after 4 hours.

Portions are very small, not good value.
Minute Chicken, Shrimp with Veg, & Beef Broccoli were around $20 an order and came in a small take out container. I expected at least a regular size take out container. Per ounce, it was the most expensive meal that we ever had from Door Dash.
Dim Sum was good.

The only vegetables in the Chicken Chow Funn were big chunks of green bell peppers and white onions, not as described, with bean sprouts and green onions. Bell peppers ruin any dish for me; the chicken was tender and delicious and the portion of noodles was very generous

I wish the cost of food could back to what it was couple years ago. Unfortunaly it probably won't. I enjoy the food here and actually is one my top choices but the cost is going up and up. My friend ordered fish filet and broccoli, came in a mini container and costed $20.75
