The Italian Frittata was a good portion, full of fresh vegetables, and topped with an ample amount of cheese. The home fries were well cooked and not greasy like some can be. Ordered the single beignet with this and as some with Louisiana creole heritage, and raised with authentic creole and cajun cuisine, THIS is beignet done right! I normally steer clear of restaurant beignet because of too many past letdowns, but taking a chance here was well rewarded.
