Great flavors and I like the ability to set the spice level. The Indian Hot could be much hotter but it still tastes great. They also allow the choice of rice or naan. The Chicken Tikka Masala, Saag Chicken, Chilli Paneer and Butter Chicken are all excellent!

Second try on the Ulavacharu Guddu Biryani (Egg Special), I got the same spice level (hot) but seems much more mild than last time. Still unequivocally delicious bursts of flavor in every bite, so not a complaint. But I'm not British and I come for the heat, I want the spice. Ravi's used to be my favorite until they started toning down their spice level exponentially to the point it wasn't spicy at all, a disgusting waste of good food and unworthy of the price. Please don't pull a Ravi's and stay delicious. Godavari is now my #1 place, for good Indian flavor and heat, not to confused readers with that heavy cream stuff they serve at buffets and call curry,that stuff is more British than Indian.

Delicious, fresh, spicy! The Ulavacharu Guddu Biryani (Egg Special) very flavorful. Apollo Fish isn't quite the same as I had it before, but still very good and spicy. Having a few bits of fish for the biryani made for a good combo

The restaurant is one of my favorites in Cincinnati. But today the biriyani was terrible. I specifically mentioned to make it very high spicy, but they made it with zero spice. It's all colored rice with very less kofta pieces. The mirchi ka salan was just colored water, literal water. Overall the food tasted very bad.

My husband really enjoyed the food, but it was too spicy for me...I couldn't eat it. We ordered both dishes mild but even that was too much for me, even the tandoor chicken. But the bread was delicious (garlic naan and bhatura) and portions very generous. Recommended if you like it spicy.
